BRI/St Michael's Hospital Incinerator Chimney, Bristol
Elevation wise this is the highest point in the City of Bristol. It can be seen from miles around, and it's often referred to as the 'Cigarette Chimney" due to the way it looks. This one was a prime example of 'if you don't look, you don't get', as we'd always assumed that it would be nigh on impossible to get up here… Oh how wrong we were.

Battersea Power Station, London
Probably one of my favourite sites to ever visit, this place certainly delivers on pretty much every level. Sure, people were doing it 5 years ago, but it's still the same site all this time later. It's one of the most iconic sites in this country, and to be able to explore it in the depth we did is something very special indeed.
Frenchay Hospital, Frenchay, Bristol
This has been under our watchful eye for some time now, and as the summer started, the time had come. Over many pleasant visits, we covered this site from top to bottom, finding some real little gems along the way!
Crookham Court School, Newbury, Berkshire
Despite the amount of coverage of this one, it still looked very special and unique, so a visit was on the cards. Once there, it certainly didn't disappoint, and offered something interesting around every corner. The sheer size of the building surprised me too, I must say!
Barrow Hospital, Bristol
Demolition work is finally getting underway, with builders moving in. Trees have been cut down, and asbestos removal has started and it looks like it won't be long before another building goes.
The Hobbit House, Chedglow, Wiltshire
Hidden away in a small field a mere few miles from the M4 motorway, is this little gem. Built by one man with a vision, it still stands today despite being abandoned for years.
